  1. Why do I need a Serviced office?

    Serviced offices exist primarily to ease the burden of businesses from the rigours of other peripheral official activities which could distract them from their core business operations.

    With provision of a manned front desk, furniture, internet administrative staff, cleaners, security and other services, a serviced office eases the burden on our clients.

  1. Can I continuously use Legacy Serviced Offices when my team grows larger or smaller?
    With our Executive, 4-man, 6-man, 8- man and 15-man offices, Legacy Offices offer a variety of office spaces that can cater for every size of any team.
  1. As a startup, I can’t afford to pay for a dedicated office right now, but I will like to be a part of the Legacy Serviced Offices community?
    We have various packages which can cater for entrepreneurs and startups, they include the hot desk – which will allow daily, weekly or monthly per-per use of our office space. The Virtual office plan also caters for the ‘on the move’ businesses that need a prestigious office address and frequent use of our meeting/board rooms.
  1. Asides yearly payment, can I pay for shorter terms?
    Legacy Serviced Offices allows the payment for shorter terms that is: monthly, quarterly or bi-annually. However, discounts and other bespoke packages exists for clients on longer terms.
  1. What is the official opening and closing office hours?
    Our official opening and closing hours are between 8am and 6pm on Monday – Fridays. We will however give concessions for other hours/days based on special arrangements.
  1. Can I use a separate IP for my business for security purposes?
    Yes you can.
  1. Can I personalize my office space?
    Yes you can personalize it within agreed limits.
  1. What are the parking arrangements?
    There is secured parking of vehicles for clients and their visitors.
