Legacy Serviced Offices was established in January 2016 to provide “plug and play” office suites and services for clients in Lagos. Our premier project, Legacy Place, is a 300 square metre space located on Danmole Street in Lagos’ commercial hub, Victoria Island.

Legacy Place was designed with new age local and international companies in mind, and thus boasts of 8 private office suites and 1 meeting room, all benefiting from fast fibre optic internet service, uninterrupted power supply, a dedicated server room, telephone and mail handling, among others. These features ensure that clients can begin to carry out business at LP from their first day at the facility, without having to bother about essential services. Our space is of prime office standards, with minimalist features, frosted frameless glass partitioning, premium lighting features, and exquisite potted plants. In addition, Legacy Place takes safety and security seriously, and therefore the facility is equipped with smoke detectors, fire alarms, a dedicated fire exit and muster point, and other fire safety precautions.

In terms of accessibility, LP is off major Victoria Island Street, Adeola Odeku; in immediate proximity to corporate organisations such as Access Bank’s Head Office, Glo Towers, and SAPETRO Towers; as well as restaurants such as Yellow Chilli, Izanaghi, and Sakura. Blowfish and Federal Palace Hotels are also within the area. The further radius area consists of the headquarters of major Nigerian banks and financial organisations.
