Administrative Assistant

Legacy Serviced is looking to hire the services of an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the company and clients. He/She will work in direct supervision with the Centre Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative and secretarial support.
  • Handle client requests with utmost diligence.
  • Handle enquiries, arrange viewings and conduct tours of the office spaces.
  • Undertake efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Ability to handle IT support is an added advantage.

 

Requirements:

  • An understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to organize oneself and work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • First Degree; experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
