Legacy Place is a new serviced office space offering located within the commercial core of Lagos, Victoria Island. Renovated by Legacy Serviced Offices, this new centre is the first of many of their prime “plug and play” office suite centres that are planned across Lagos.
Legacy Place is on Danmole Street, Off Idejo Street and Adeola Odeku Street, one of Victoria Island’s major commercial nerve centres. According to the developer, the facility was designed with new age local and international companies in mind, and boasts of 8 private office suites and 1 meeting room, all benefiting from fast fibre optic internet service, uninterrupted power supply, a dedicated server room, telephone and mail handling, among others. This allows all prospective clients to begin business at LP from their first day at the facility.
Offices and businesses nearby include Access Bank’s Head Office, Glo Towers, IHS and SAPETRO Towers. There are also hotels and restaurants in the immediate area such as Yellow Chilli, Izanaghi, Velvett, Sakura, Blowfish and Federal Palace Hotel.
The serviced office sector has historically been dominated by Regus and Landmark, however as the demand for service office space has grown, many smaller local providers have entered into the market to provide cheaper alternatives. Canton Concourse, Pro Space, Venia Hub, Horizon Office and Sterling Virtual Offices among many others have recently made entry into the market. Given the current economic state of Nigeria, the uncertainty will leave many multinationals and local firms opting for a wait and see approach. As a result, the serviced office sector may benefit significantly as it offers corporates the flexibility to put one foot in, in a way that gives them an opportunity to take that foot out if the need ever arises.
To celebrate the opening of this new facility at the end of May, the developers are offering a reduced early bird rate for businesses seeking prime serviced space in Lagos. Find about Legacy Place here.
